Digital delivery policy

Career Pilot products are digital downloads; no physical product is shipped.

After Razorpay confirms a captured payment, a secure link to download the complete ZIP bundle is displayed immediately. The three PDF resources can also be downloaded individually. These links expire after 15 minutes to protect the files.

If your payment was captured but the files were not delivered, email arkzlab@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID.
